This beach cottage rents Saturday to Saturday during peak season. Off-season rentals may have more flexibility, with a 3-night minimum, depending upon dates / availability.
NO ANIMALS/PETS ALLOWED.
NO SMOKING/VAPING IN THE HOUSE.
Family friendly home, NO HOUSE PARTIES. ANY violation will result in all guests being removed from the home without a refund.
PARKING PASS REQUIRED in addition to our rental fee and paid to Ocean Lakes. Fee is $15 per night per car or $12 per night per car if prepaid via express pass.
βAll homeowners require a Refundable security deposit that is based on rental season and house size. These deposits will be returned to renter usually 7-14 days after departure. In rare instances of damage to property occurs all or some of the security deposit could be held by homeowner.β
