This beautiful house is located on a pond with fountain where you can feed the ducks, fish (kids love to fish in this pond) and turtles. It also has a fountain and water fall and creek. It is very cozy and open floor plan. It has an extra-large lot with lots of parking, a brand-new porch on three sides with swing on front porch and table and chairs on side and on pond side in back. It has a washer and dryer. One king size bed in master, one queen bed, one full bed, and one full size futon that will sleep two comfortably. You will enjoy this house because you feel at home. The bathrooms are large because of the great floor plan. The golf cart is included in the price of the house (must be 21 with valid driver's license and staying at this property to drive golf cart.). Everyone falls in love with this house. Great for the person who likes to be outside, with shady porch all day long. A new big flat screen tv has been added to the living room. Has flat screen in master bedroom and tv's in the other bedrooms with cable. Deposit is due 7 days after booking and rental is due 30 days prior to check in's new hardwood floors and new composite decking and new railing add in 2019. This house is checked before and after each rental to ensure that it is clean and ready for each rental.
