On the Coast of Beautiful located at V26 Crane Drive in Ocean Lakes Family Campground is a stunning beach home. Now booking for 2025. This is an extremely clean 3 bedroom 2 bath home. No smoking and no pets. Must be 25 years old to rent and must be 21 years old to drive the golf cart. We have 6 seater limo golf cart. The outdoor areas provide nice shade and sun. On the upstairs deck there is dining table for 6. There are Adirondack chairs to relax while you have a cold glass of lemonade. Relax? There are two loungers that are great to nap or sunbathing. Downstairs there is a serenity area that provides rocking chairs, sofa and 2 chairs for watching TV, reading a book or just relaxing. There is an outdoor sink that's great for washing seashells or cleaning fish. Tiki bar . We have tons of amentities... Corn hole boards, hula hoops, boogie boards, beach toys and buckets, football, basketball, volleyball, bicycles (4), beach chairs, beach umbrella, ring toss game, cooler, outdoor shower and Weber grill.
Inside the home there is a fully stocked kitchen with Calphalon pots and pans, JA Henkel knife set, yeti cups (small and large) gorgeous nautical dishes ( setting for 8.) Keurig coffee maker, Margaritaville Frozen Concoction Maker, crock pot, etc. All rooms have ceiling fans. The living room has TV with Dvd, master has a TV, 2nd bedroom has a tv and 3rd bedroom has TV /dvd. The master bedrooms a queen size bed, 2nd bedroom has a queen and 3rd bedroom has twin over a full. Large hall bathroom. Beautifully decorated. We take great pride in providing our guests with a clean beach home, not just a house. We have 2 homes in Ocean Lakes. Both are 3bedroom and 2bath. Both come with golf cart and lots of extras like corn hole boards, basketball, football, volleyball, relaxation area outside downstairs with a water fountain and tv. Beach toys, Keurig coffee maker, a kitchen fully stocked with cooking utensils and plates, etc. we have beach chairs, hula hoops, bikes, and more.
V-16 is $3200 a week from Memorial Day to Labor Day (peak season ) except for July 4th week and it is $3800
V-26 is $3200 weekly during peak season except July 4th of July week and it is $3800
off season either home is $2600 week or $385 a night 3 night minimum.
All the prices are plus taxes and deposit.
We have a $600 refundable deposit that is returned to you after check out and the home is checked as clean,damage free and no violations to the rental agreement. 🌴. *******We communicate with each guest prior to booking******
