Huge deck on 1st level with lots of room to relax. All new poly furniture for first level deck. Outdoor gas grill is also on the first level for convenience and steps from the kitchen. Also has an entertainment area under the house with a sectional, tv, and swings. Outside shower to rinse off from your sandy days at the beach. 🏝
There are four Queen beds and a pull out sleeper sofa (full bed). All bedrooms are equipped with smart TVs. Loft area with a TV is a great second living room for kids to unwind. The kitchen is also newly remodeled with new kitchen table and bar stools.
WiFi, linens, and complimentary golf cart are included. Lots of room for parking. 12 guest max. No Pets. Must be 25 to rent.
