2 bedrooms have queen beds. 1 bedroom is a full/over single bunk and the sofa also pulls out into a queen.

Peak weeks(Memorial Day through Labor Day) only rent from Saturday to Saturday. The rate for those weeks are $2800 which includes taxes, linens and cart.
