Living Room: 50 inch flat screen TV with blueray DVD player with apps, sleeper sofa, wifi and extended cable.
Master bedroom- 2nd floor, queen-size bed with flat-screen TV. Private deck and private bath with shower.
Guest bedroom- 2nd floor, queen-size bed with flat-screen TV. Private bath with shower.
Third bedroom- 1st floor, queen-size bed with flat-screen TV.
Hall bath-1st floor. Tub/shower combination with vanity.
Washer/Dryer—full-size washer and dryer located in hall bath.
Upper Deck-located off of master bedroom. Covered deck with seating.
Lower Deck-covered deck with seating and outdoor eating.
Ground Level Patio/Parking: area for seating and outdoor eating. Parking area will accommodate three cars. There is an outdoor shower with hot and cold water so you can wash off sand before going into the house. A charcoal grill is available for your use.

YOU WILL NEED TO BRING: your own linens(sheets, towels: beach, bath), bath soaps, detergents and paper products.
You will be required to purchase a car pass per vehicle. The cost is $12 or $15 per day, depending on when purchased.
