4 bed/3 bath stilted beach home with exterior elevator (use restricted to guests with physical needs only). Sleeps up to 13. Ground level entertainment space with bar, 65” smart TV, 8 seat bar, gas grill and private hot/cold shower.
Custom 6 seat limo golf cart will be available option beginning mid-July 2026. Drivers 25+ with valid drivers license only. STRICTLY ENFORCED.
High speed wifi and Linens included with all stays. (One bath towel and wash cloth per guest, hand towels in all bathrooms and kitchen, and all beds are made up and ready for you.)
We also provide one roll of Charmin toilet paper in each bathroom, one roll of Bounty paper towels in kitchen, 7 tide pods, dawn dishwashing liquid, cascade and foaming anti-bacterial hand soap in all bathrooms and kitchen.
Under home parking - only 2 vehicles allowed. Additional vehicle(s) must park in Ocean Lakes overflow lot.
Smoking/vaping OUTDOORS only.
PETS - small breed hypoallergenic (max 2 pets) will be considered. Conditions apply - $200 per pet fee applies and will be added to reservation if pet(s) accepted.
As of 2026 Ocean Lakes charges fee of $12 per day/per car* to access community if booked more than 2 weeks in advance of stay. $15/day per car less than 2 weeks. *Subject to change at any time.
Main level boasts open floor plan with ocean views from decks, fully stocked kitchen, 8 seat dining table, 4 seat breakfast table. 2 sofas (one has queen pull out). Washer, dryer, Smart TV, queen bedroom and full bath.
Upper level boasts vaulted ceilings in every bedroom. Primary king bedroom with en-suite full bath featuring tub/shower and dual vanities plus walk in closet. 2nd queen bedroom , guest bedroom with a twin over twin bunk and a 3rd twin bed. Ceiling fans. Bonus room features queen fold out futon bed.
Smart TV’s in every room.
Fully stocked kitchen has stainless steel appliances, dishes, blue diamond cookware, stove, microwave, fridge, electric skillet, air fryer, ice maker, electric wine opener, Ninja blender, Kuerig duo hot and cold coffee maker with both pot and pod sides w/permanent filter for coffee grinds, mixing bowls, utensils, etc.!
Main level deck wrap around decking with ocean views. Outdoor bar height seating. Ground level has private outdoor hot/cold shower, , and covered parking.

Large playgrounds, skate park, workout stations and outdoor recreation including sand volleyball, shuffleboard courts and basketball courts. Sports equipment is available in the Recreation Office as well as bicycle rentals. Great nature center for the whole family, nightly golf cart parade, fishing, bocce ball, horseshoes, and ping pong.
Sandy Mart has all of your grocery, snacking, clothing, beach gear, and memorabilia for your visit.
Sandy’s Meet n’ Eat - for burgers, pizza, ice cream, etc.
Sandy Harbor Family Fun Center is a recreation complex that includes a water park with 5 pools (one indoor/heated in winter), water slides, lazy river, Sandy Harbor splash zone, sun decks, an Arcade, miniature golf, restrooms, changing areas, and an indoor/outdoor Cafe. Certified lifeguards are on duty during the summer season. **Please note that some amenities such as miniature golf and the cafe do cost extra.
