Come spend your time at the beach while staying in this house that is full of character. We are located 15 minutes south of Downtown Myrtle, located in Surfside. Ocean Lakes is a small destination within itself. Here you will have access to many amenities that are included with your stay. Property comes with complimentary golf cart.
Inside you will find three bedrooms, master is a queen, a double and twin bunks in the third bedroom. Two full baths with the ability to accommodate six. Outside there is a covered porch with chairs, there is also outside seating, parking for two vehicles. There is a full serve kitchen. Linen, toiletries, paper & cleaning products will need to be provided by renters. Washer and dryer is provided in suite.
Ocean Lakes campground has direct access to the beach. There are many amenities that are available to renters that are included in the price of your stay. These include indoor/outdoor pool, water park, mini golf, Laundromat, food café, camp store, nature center, playgrounds, dog park/wash stations, coffee shop, basketball courts, Sunday Worship and more. This is an excellent getaway for people of all ages. The campground also offers planned activities noted in their monthly calendars.
The campgrounds has a daily parking fee per vehicle that is associated with the property. Paying for parking more than two weeks prior to arrival allows you to have the parking pass mailed to you, with a discounted rate per day. This is not anything that is controlled by the owner. Information will be submitted by owners and then an email will be sent from Ocean Lakes. Payment for parking passes will be made directly to Ocean Lakes.
“All homeowners require a Refundable security deposit that is based on rental season and house size. These deposits will be returned to renter usually 7-14 days after departure. In rare instances of damage to property occurs all or some of the security deposit could be held by homeowner.”
