This 5 Bedroom, 3 Bath 1600+ square raised beach house is located in the Holiday Inn Section of the gated award winning Ocean Lakes Campground on the Southern end of Myrtle Beach South Carolina. The house is about 200 yards from the beach and 20 yards to Sand Dollar Lake.
The house sleeps 14 comfortably with a spacious master bedroom upstairs with direct access to the second level deck. The second level has (2 full baths) one bedroom with twin bunk beds, one queen bedroom, one bedroom with 2 full beds and 1 King bedrooms. The 1st level has one bedroom with a king bed and a full bathroom. All rooms include flat screen TV’s and cable. High speed Wi-Fi is also available free of charge.
We have a fully functional kitchen with all the accessories you would need on your vacation including: Coffee Pot and Keurig, dishwasher, oven, microwave, and of plenty of pots and pans.
The Washer / Dryer is located off the kitchen on the main level of the home.
The dining area has seating for 8, and bar area seats 4, there is also seating on the covered deck for 4. The family room has comfortable seating with a flat screen TV and lots of fun games in the entertainment center.
The ground level has parking for three vehicles, hot/cold outside shower under the stairs and a patio set with seating for eight. There is also a place for beach gear and water hose to rinse off items. You will find a Blackstone grill as well as a propane grill for all your grilling needs. (Propane is not guaranteed to be full)
* Linens will be provided.
**Upon Arrival at Ocean Lakes you will need to register each vehicle and pay Ocean Lakes directly $15.00 per day for a parking pass. If you pre-register the cost is $12.00.
*Check Out Time is 10:00am
*Check In Time is 04:00pm
Rental Deposit is $500.00 and is required to hold a reservation. This is to be paid upon booking.
Departure Cleaning is Mandatory because we want everyone to stay in a freshly clean home and have a great vacation.
*This is a NON Smoking (indoor) family vacation home.
Must be at least 25 years of age to rent.
