Washer and dryer, TVs in living room and both bedrooms have smart tvs , iron, hair dryer, linens (IF using linens the MUST be washed and put away), gas grill and many amenities.

No smoking. Small house trained dogs allowed. Must be 25 to rent and HAVE A VALID DRIVERS LICENSE TO OPERATE GOLFCART. Will be removed from premises if any Golfcart violations occur.
Cleaning fee is required and included

All summer weeks $2175 including
cleaning. $200 security deposit required to reserve
