THIS IS A FAMILY-ORIENTED RESORT AND YOU NEED TO BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OF AGE TO BE THE PRIMARY RENTER. TYPICAL SPRING BREAK AND GRADUATION WEEK TYPE NOISE AND ACTIVITIES (such as under-age [21] drinking) DO NOT FIT WELL WITH THE RULES AND REGULATIONS OF OCEAN LAKES FAMILY RESORT!

NO PETS! NO EXCEPTIONS!

PARKING: There is parking for three vehicles to comfortably fit under the house. Overflow lots are available for oversized vehicles and/or additional cars.

Ocean Lakes charges $15/day per vehicle parking pass. By choosing the Express payment option AT LEAST 14 days prior to check-in, the pass is $12/day per vehicle. This fee is charged and collected by Ocean Lakes directly and is not optional.

IT HELPS PROVIDE SEVERAL SECURITY GUARDS WHO ARE ON DUTY THROUGHOUT THE RESORT 24 HOURS PER DAY. IT IS NOT PART OF OUR RENTAL FEE FOR THE HOUSE.

AMENITIES: House has high-speed wireless internet available. Underneath the oceanfront observation area is a place for skateboarding. Bring skateboards and scooters or rent them from the recreation building. DVD player in living room and one upstairs bedroom. 5 Flatscreen TV's with expanded cable, games for rainy days, and so much more. PAC-MAN electronic game machine for rainy days.

WATER: About 250' from the beach so the ocean is very close. Large Pools in the water park area including a year-round (heated in winter) indoor pool, adventure river, tube slide, carpet slide and other water activity areas. NO CHARGE TO OUR GUESTS.

GOLF CART: There is a golf cart at the homes that is included with the rental cost. The golf cart has A VERY STRICT POLICY pertaining to the age of the driver and behavior while operating the cart. Only licensed guests 21 and over may operate the cart AT ANY TIME!! Guests with a valid drivers license under the age of 21 will be required to rent a golf cart from Ocean Lakes should they wish to operate a golf cart during their stay. An additional rental agreement must be signed by EACH guest who intends to operate the owner owned cart. THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS POLICY. ANY ABUSE OF THIS POLICY WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE EVICTION!
