A short 60 ft walk to the beach from this 5 bedroom ocean view house located in the Holiday Inn section of Ocean Lakes and the most updated. Our house is updated each and every year .you will not find a more updated house along the ocean view then ours are . Each year we look for ways to improve them and we put a lot of money into our house. our house has kitchen stainless steel appliances with side by side refrigerators with ice and water on the door and our house has laminate wood floors in the living/kitchen area and there is carpet in all the bedrooms ,this house has granite counter tops, flat screen tv's in all bedrooms and a large 50 inch flat screen in living room, all bathrooms are updated with nickel faucets and hardware and granite counter tops in 3 bathrooms ,all updated ceiling fans and light fixtures. Outside there is a enclosed shower with hot and cold water to wash away the sand and also a propane gas grill to cook outside. the house also has commercial grade loungers on the upper decks for quiet sunbathing and lower decks have counter high table and chair sets. The view from the decks are breathtaking once you have stayed oceanfront you will never want to stay anyplace else. our ocean view house is located at the far end of the popular Holiday Inn section of Ocean Lakes where there is only 13 houses located along the oceanfront in this section and we actually have 5 real bedrooms and this section is closest to the ocean in Ocean lakes. You walk down the steps from the house and 60 ft across Ocean lakes private street and you are at ocean access.
-the house is a 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms On the main floor 2 Jack and Jill queen bedrooms sharing a main floor bathroom, also on the main floor there is a queen bedroom and a bunk bed room with a pull out trundle sharing a full bath. upstairs master large king bedroom with a full bath.
Ocean Lakes is a family-oriented, 24-hour gated, security and patrolled community with a multitude of amenities. Ocean Lakes is located in Myrtle Beach and is the most complete Oceanfront campground on the east coast. With nearly a mile of privately owned beachfront, it features eight fresh water lakes, a rec center with supervised activities for children such as day camps, fire engine rides and playground activities. Facilities on site in the campground include a heated indoor pool a outdoor olympic size pool & three kiddie pools and new in 2016 is a full size water park, golf cart rental, three snack bars and a arcade with 80+ games, a outdoor theatre with scheduled events, playgrounds, basketball, shuffle board, miniature golf, a full-time recreation staff, and a mile of beach all within the community grounds.
*Please note that because Ocean Lakes is a family-oriented community the rental of this house is intended for couples and families 25 or older and not a group of young singles**
*This house will sleep a maximum of 9 adults in 5 bedrooms or 8 adults and 4 children including the bunk beds and fold out couch*
Upon arrival at Ocean Lakes you will need to register your vehicle and pay Ocean Lakes directly $10.00 per day for parking pass.
From Memorial Day to Labor Day I will only accept weekly rentals Saturday to Saturday.

check out time is 10:00 am
A initial rental deposit of $500 is required for a reservation and all final money due must be paid 60 days prior to arrival date for a summer week rental. If you would need to cancel and I am able to re-rent house then all money would be returned to you except for $75.00 for administrative fee.
departure cleaning is mandatory because not everybody cleans the same and I want everyone to be happy and have a great vacation .
Hurricane policy is if there is a mandatory evacuation then there will be a prorated refund for those days.
“All homeowners require a Refundable security deposit that is based on rental season and house size. These deposits will be returned to renter usually 7-14 days after departure. In rare instances of damage to property occurs all or some of the security deposit could be held by homeowner.”
