Home features a beautiful kitchen with stainless steel appliance, plenty of counter space and a table and chairs that your family can join around for meals while on vacation. Washer and dryer are conveniently located within the home. The outdoor shower has hot and cold water. The covered porch is large enough for your family to have space for outdoor entertaining. The deck has a sitting area as well as a dining area to be able to enjoy the outdoors. Rentals will include WiFi, extended cable as well as use of the golf cart. Rentals include use of the amenities which include indoor/outdoor pool, waterpark, access to the beach, basketball hoops, fishing in lakes and skate park.
During the time frame that this home is a weekly rental it is a Sunday to Sunday rental.
Although this home sleeps 9, we do not allow all adults. This home is for a family rental, not intended for parties.
