Our home is perfect for small families, featuring 2 beds and 2 baths, freshly painted & decorated with seaside/beach decor, new HVAC system, and new flooring throughout. Home has a queen bed in the master and attached bath with walk-in shower. 2nd bedroom has a new full-over-full bunk bed and mattresses. Hall bath has a tub/shower combo with stacked washer/dyer. Open living area features a queen pull out sofa bed, 2 side chairs, coffee table, and DVD player. Roku TVs, Cable, and WiFi provided for your convenience. Our kitchen is well equipped and fully stocked with full size appliances, new refrigerator, dish washer, and stove-top installed spring of 2024. Also included are a coffee maker, small crock pot, pots/pans, dishes, and utensils. Seating for 4 around the island and new dining table and chairs, so just bring the groceries and enjoy family meals inside or out. Large front porch with plenty of seating allows you to enjoy the morning sunrise or evening shade. Linens, beach towels, chairs, toys, and gas grill are also provided, while the outdoor shower allows you to rinse the sand away.
This home does NOT include a golf cart. Carts are available for rent onsite through Ocean Lakes golf cars.

Ocean Lakes charges $12.00 per day per vehicle for parking passes purchased 10+ days in advance of your arrival. Passes purchased less than 10 days in advance are $15.00 per day per vehicle. This is payable directly to Ocean Lakes & not included in your payment for the rental. A welcome packet containing information of parking passes will be emailed to you upon receipt of payment in full.
There is parking for 2 vehicles and 2 golf carts onsite. If you have additional vehicles they must be parked in the overflow lot (daily fee still applies).
“All homeowners require a Refundable security deposit that is based on rental season and house size. These deposits will be returned to renter usually 7-14 days after departure. In rare instances of damage to property occurs all or some of the security deposit could be held by homeowner.”
