Enjoy the spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated interior just steps away from the ocean, with views from all three decks. It's situated in a prime Holiday Inn location close to the beach, playground, and water park. Three parking spaces are available under the house.
Complimentary golf cart included.
Second golf cart available for additional fee.
The golf cart driver must be at least 25 years old.
The house features:
- 5 bedrooms, including a main floor master bedroom with a king-size bed and private deck.
- Upstairs, there are 4 bedrooms with 4 twin beds and 4 queen-size beds, making sleeping arrangements comfortable for up to 14 guests.
- 3 full bathrooms: one off the master bedroom and two upstairs.
Amenities include central air, heating, an in-house washer and dryer, and a large kitchen. Cable TV and free WiFi are also provided. The shed is stocked with beach chairs, sand toys, and a cornhole game. Outdoor swings, a swinging bench, an outdoor shower with hot and cold water, furniture on each deck level, a large picnic table with chairs, and an outside grill are all available for your vacation enjoyment.
Linens are provided.
Ocean Lakes boasts an array of amenities spread across nearly one mile of oceanfront property, secured by 24-hour gated access.
Guests along the oceanfront can delight in:

- An arcade
- A variety of outdoor recreational games such as basketball, cornhole, shuffleboard, and beach volleyball
- Water-based facilities including an indoor pool, an outdoor pool, a lazy river, a large tube slide, and a splash zone complete with a kiddie pool.
Full payment is required 45 days before check-in. We accept Venmo, Quickbooks online, or personal check for payment.
“All homeowners require a Refundable security deposit that is based on rental season and house size. These deposits will be returned to renter usually 7-14 days after departure. In rare instances of damage to property occurs all or some of the security deposit could be held by homeowner.”
13 of us stayed in this house a couple of weeks ago and overall we were all extremely happy with the place. Most of all, the homeowners were very much available and assisted with any questions we had which you cannot get that just anywhere. We’ll be back!
