Are you looking for flexibility on your next vacation?? This home is for you!! This home will rent any combination of dates that suits your family best. While we prefer a 7 night rental during peak season, it is not required. The calendar will remain up to date at all times and a booking request may be submitted by contacting the Property Manager via email, phone or text. We offer direct booking which saves website fees and PayPal fees.
Large ground level home located in MH Section. A very spacious home with a layout making you feel so as it will host your family of 10. MH50 hosts a large King master suite with ensuite bath, Two Queen beds in second bedroom and two Twin beds located in the third bedroom. There is also a sleeper sofa which sleeps 2 additional guests. All bedrooms feature flat screen TV's as well. Complete with LVP an vinyl flooring (NO CARPET!) and an easily accessible washer and dryer. There is a large area for parking, so no need to use overflow lots. Plenty of parking for four vehicles and/or motorcycle or golf cart trailer. There is a picnic table outside under a covered area so you can relax and chill while you're grilling on the gas grill.
Small pets considered for an additional fee.
Some other amenities include wifi, cable, outdoor shower, a fully stocked kitchen and linen service (optional)
The Atlantic Ocean is just a short way away. Lakes are within easy walking distance. Available to guests is direct Ocean access, two playgrounds, basketball courts and more!! Many other amenities are just a close proximity.
Smoking allowed OUTSIDE only.
We require a 3-night minimum during peak season and major holidays. All other dates will be 2-night minimum.
