Our family beach home has an amazing ocean view and is located just five houses from the beach in the Holiday Inn section. Directly at the other end of our road is Sand Dollar lake, only 10 houses away! Within walking distance of all pools and recreation areas.
Our home sleeps twelve and has five bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths. We have 1 King bed in downstairs master bedroom, 3 bedrooms with Queen beds (upstairs) and 1 bedroom with a Queen and twin bunkbeds (upstairs). Downstairs is an additional 1/2 bath along with the full bath connected to the master bedroom. Upstairs are the 4 bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Each bathroom upstairs is directly connected to two bedrooms (jack and jill) so no going out into a hallway to access a bathroom.
We have a full kitchen (granite countertops) with all the accessories you would need on your vacation. Including full size fridge/freezer with icemaker, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker (both drip and keurig) and of course all pots, pans, plates, cups.......
The dining area has seating for 6, bar area seats 3 and a kitchen table with 4 stools. There is also seating on the covered decks and under the house.
The family room has comfortable seating with a flat screen TV and a mini stereo for music. The stackable washer/dryer is located on the first floor as well.
This beautiful custom built beach home has everything you will need for a wonderful relaxing vacation.

$275 cleaning fee per stay
No linens are provided, we do offer a linen package for an additional fee.
A small well behaved dog will be considered. Must be approved by owner and will incur a pet fee of $200.
