Charming 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is a close walk, bike, or golf cart ride from the beach! The master bedroom has a queen size bed and the other bedrooms have a full size bed. There is a cozy living room and kitchen area with full size appliances. This home will comfortably house six for your stay, but we do not allow any more than that. You will have access to the outside building which contains beach chairs, toys, and a grill.
Enjoy all the amenities that Ocean Lakes Family Campground has to offer, such as indoor and outdoor pools, waterpark, arcade, lazy river, mini golf course, many different beach accesses, and weekly festive activities.
We prefer Saturday to Saturday rentals but will make exceptions if dates are available within 2 weeks of check in.
All guest must register with ocean lakes upon arrival and obtain a parking pass. This is a $15 per/day/night, per vehicle fee which is paid to ocean lakes. This parking pass allows ALL visitors to enjoy ALL the amenities of the campground making this a true value.
*Absolutely NO smoking and NO pets!*
* No fireworks (this includes sparklers) allowed inside the campground or on any Horry County beaches.
*This is a family rental house only* We do not cater to other groups.
* There is a water hose outside to wash off as needed but no outdoor shower.
* No golf cart available due to liability issues and Ocean Lake policies. Golf carts can be rented from Ocean Lakes at their seasonal prices.
*$300 refundable security deposit as long as home is found in acceptable conditions after check out.
*$175 cleaning fee
*$150 Linen fee (includes fitted sheets, flat sheets, two pillow cases per bed and hand towels, bath mat, towels and wash cloths (2 per bed))
**If you opt out of linen service, you will be responsible for your own linen.
