Central Air, Heat, Washer and Dryer inside the house and very large kitchen. Cable T.V. and free WiFi included. Downstairs Master bedroom boasts King size bed and private deck. Upstairs has 4 bedrooms, 2 have deck entrance off bedroom. 2 full bathrooms upstairs. 4 Twins and 4 queen size beds make sleeping arrangements easy!
Our shed is kept full of beach chairs, sand toys, and corn hole game. We have 2 outdoor swings and a swinging bench and an Outdoor shower with hot and cold running water. Outdoor furniture on each level and large picnic table and chairs on deck. An outside grill is also included in your vacation stay.
“All homeowners require a Refundable security deposit that is based on rental season and house size. These deposits will be returned to renter usually 7-14 days after departure. In rare instances of damage to property occurs all or some of the security deposit could be held by homeowner.”
13 of us stayed in this house a couple of weeks ago and overall we were all extremely happy with the place. Most of all, the homeowners were very much available and assisted with any questions we had which you cannot get that just anywhere. We’ll be back!
